Cheryl L. Justak, Founder and President, consults with board directors and owners of private golf and country clubs, assisting them with assessing their current business operations, strategic planning and alignment, executive recruitment, and leadership development to assure they win at the business side of the game. An avid golfer, superlative strategist and detailed project manager, she combines a great passion for golf and five-star service, with the right kind of business expertise to help club owners and directors avoid the traps and chart a course for continued growth in the golf and country club industry. Cheryl's successful track record starts with her belief in using a balanced approach to running any successful business. It begins with defining key customer requirements and building or repositioning the business around these requirements; setting goals and measures and strategically planning for success; recruiting, hiring and training the right people who will deliver the services customers require; and continuously improving the execution of all aspects of the operation.

Prior to founding Golf Club Masters, Inc., Cheryl enjoyed a twenty-year career in the consulting, hospitality and club industries, working for such industry leaders as Accenture and ITT Sheraton. As a senior executive at one of the world's top consulting firm's, Cheryl was responsible for directing and implementing cutting-edge service strategies for Accenture's largest location worldwide along with leadership development programs for over 150 associates. In addition to contributing to the design, development and opening of two new facilities, she also maintained project, contract, financial and facility management responsibilities for five Accenture locations. While at Sheraton, Cheryl held various management and operational positions and was instrumental in the successful opening of their flagship convention hotel for which she was awarded ITT's highest award for quality and performance. Using her vast creative talents in running successful business operations, her excellent eye for hiring the right people and team approach to leadership, she greatly contributed to the development, staffing, and operational design of this high-tech, highly functional 1200-room hotel and 120,000-sq.ft.meeting facility which remains today one of the chain's top properties.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Purdue University and lives in Crown Point, Indiana with her husband, Mark. A member of the Executive Women's Golf Association and Chicago District Golf Association, she is also involved in annual fundraisers such as "The National Children's Cancer Society Northwest Indiana Golf Outing" and "The American Heart Association Annual Heart Walk". When she's not on the golf course in her spare time trying to perfect her game, she's strategizing with club owners and board directors for continued success in the golf and country club business.
