We are a marketing, event planning and publishing business that specializes in the golf and hospitality industries. Golf is at the core, but we provide a wide range of business services that include golf event planning for small groups and corporate executives, development of marketing and strategic plans for courses and clubs, advertising and publishing, as well as customer service training for golf course management and service teams.
In addition, we publish a high-end annual golf destination guide called GOLF NOW! Chicago -- Chicagoland’s Premier Golf Destination Guide. Our guide features fabulous course information,
group getaways, event options, upcoming tournaments, travel editorial and other articles. In addition, we provide a complete golf course directory for the Chicagoland.
We work closely with concierges and meeting planners to provide them with a great resource for recommending courses and “stay play & dine” packages to their clients and customers. We target group business for outings and events, as well as the individual golfer who enjoys playing a great new course that’s drivable from Chicago.

We work with golf courses and clubs to help them fine-tune their business operations primarily focusing on marketing and customer service. Many times golf courses don’t have the resources or the time to market the golf course or their banquet facility. Also, since golf is seasonal, golf courses will hire for the season and then don’t have time to train their staff properly in customer service. We can assist in these areas.
With so many golf courses to choose from these days, and so many of them discounting prices to draw new golfers, success and profitability comes down to which course provides the best experience and best value! Providing excellent customer service requires continual training, setting high standards and achievable goals, holding the team accountable, and rewarding employees for a job well done.
We have worked with private clubs, semi-private courses as well as park district golf courses to provide customer service training for the board of directors, management team and the front-line staff. In addition we have worked with other hospitality industries including hotels and restaurants in the areas of customer service.
“Where Red Carpet Hospitality & Green Carpet Golf Meet”
Executing a flawless golf event involves time and detailed planning to ensure the ultimate experience. Our Event Services Group can help you with all or part of the planning process. With our group’s combined years of experience in the hospitality, golf and event planning business, we will work with you to ensure a winning event for all!
We work with corporate and hotel concierges and meeting planners to assist them in planning golf outings or recommending courses. We’ve worked with well-known hotels such as the Drake, Swissotel and Westin. Many times our hotel contact will put us in touch with the meeting planner to assist them. Combining business with pleasure is the name of the game for so many companies these days. We visit and/or play the courses we recommend and experience the services and amenities offered.
We publish an annual Chicagoland destination golf guide featuring premier golf courses, great escapes, directory, event planning tips and so much more! It is the preferred golf resource for area golfers, visitors, concierges and meeting planners. We are also an
“Endorsed Partner” of the National Concierge Association (NCA) and a trusted resource to provide quality information and recommendations.
We supply our annual golf guide to over 1200 locations throughout Chicagoland including hotels, golf courses, sporting store facilities, meeting planners, restaurants, visitor centers and area businesses.
